Looking for something a little different this holiday season? How about gifts made with care, creativity, and a whole lot of local talent?
Makers Mill is opening its doors for its first Holiday Market & Open House on Sunday, November 15, from 1–4 p.m., inviting the community to shop handmade, meet local artists and makers, and explore everything happening inside Wolfeboro’s nonprofit community makerspace.
And whether you’re searching for the perfect gift or simply curious about what’s happening at Makers Mill, there’s plenty to discover!
Handmade Gifts with a Local Story
Forget the ordinary! Our Holiday Market will feature a wonderful variety of handmade creations from Makers Mill members, instructors, and participants in our Artists, Growers & Makers Business Lab.
Explore locally crafted jewelry, artwork, leather goods, clothing and fiber arts, stained glass, ornaments, herbal teas, decorated furniture, and more.
Behind every item is a local maker with a story, a skill, and a passion for creating. It’s a chance to find meaningful gifts while supporting the talented people who make our community so special.
More Than a Market: Come Explore the Mill!
Ever wondered what’s behind the doors at Makers Mill? This is your chance to find out!
Throughout the afternoon, visitors can explore our shared workshops, meet members and instructors, and see creativity in action through demonstrations in stained glass, jewelry making, blacksmithing, and electronics.
From woodworking and metalworking to fiber arts, ceramics, leatherworking, and more, Makers Mill offers opportunities for people of all ages and experience levels to learn new skills, explore creative interests, and connect with others.
Whether you’ve been thinking about taking a class, becoming a member, volunteering, or simply seeing what we’re all about, we’d love to show you around.
Give the Gift of Making
Sometimes the best gifts aren’t things at all. They’re experiences!
Looking for a creative gift for someone on your list? Makers Mill gift certificates can be used toward classes and other opportunities to learn something new, work with your hands, and discover a new passion.
It’s a gift that might inspire a lifelong hobby, introduce someone to a new skill, or help them find a welcoming community of fellow makers.
Celebrate Creativity and Community
At Makers Mill, making is about more than the finished product. It’s about learning from one another, sharing knowledge, building confidence, and finding connection through creativity.
Our Holiday Market & Open House is a celebration of the people who bring that spirit to life, from the artists and entrepreneurs selling their work to the volunteers, instructors, and members who make Makers Mill such a special place.
We hope you’ll join us, bring a friend, and discover something wonderful!
