Mom of three, herbalist, wellness coach, and trout farmer, Jessica wears many hats – and loves them all! When she’s not busy helping people find freedom from alcohol and nicotine through her science and compassion-based work at Self Rewired Coaching, you can find her spinning vinyl records, making bad puns, or digging in the dirt at Sumner Brook Fish Farm.
Her journey with Makers Mill began 15 years ago when it was still G.A.L.A. (Global Awareness Local Action), where she first volunteered to build compost bins for the community. She went on to volunteer with G.A.L.A. for many years, even serving as Board President, before venturing into her next adventure as a mom of three. Now, she’s honored to be back, helping to spread the word about the magic that happens at Makers Mill through social media and outreach.
With a background in environmental education and adventure therapy from Unity College, Jessica believes in the power of community and hands-on creativity to heal and transform. Whether she’s metalsmithing, digging for medicinal roots, or surrounded by the smell of sawdust, she’s happiest working with her hands and fostering a sense of place for herself and others.
