Casey brings a blend of operational leadership, relationship building, and creative passion to her work at Makers Mill. Before joining the staff, she was already an active part of the Makers Mill community as a member and Secretary of the Mixed Media Circle.
Casey’s professional background includes more than nine years of experience in operations, project management, and client relations. She previously worked as an Account Manager with a Portland-based digital marketing agency, coordinating branding, website development, customer retention, and growth initiatives. Prior to that, she spent six years with Home Instead, including serving as Director of Operations, where she led teams, developed organizational systems and standards, and coordinated care services throughout the Seacoast and Southern New Hampshire.
A lifelong creative, Casey is also the artist and maker behind Pen & Periwinkle, creating illustrations, stationery, prints, and handmade goods. She is passionate about making creative opportunities accessible and fostering spaces where people can learn, create, connect, and build meaningful relationships.
Originally from Southern New Hampshire, Casey now lives in Freedom, NH. Outside of work, she enjoys illustration, calligraphy, linocut printing, scrapbooking, and experimenting with just about any artistic medium she can get her hands on.
