Timmothy Otterbach’s career spans over 45 years, with projects ranging from Single Family Housing to Corporate Headquarters.
His work includes projects in the following areas of focus: Manufacturing, Public Transportation, Hospitality, Research and Development, IT - Clean Room Environments, Data Centers, Video Conferencing Centers., Maintenance and Repair Facilities (Heavy Eq.), Automotive - Assembly Line Facility, Education - Classrooms, Shops and Labs, Facility Assessment and Capital Improvement Programs, and most recently - Environmental Non-Profit Facility: Heron House for Green Mountain Conservation Group.
Tim has had extensive involvement in the following: Project Management, Studio Management, Project Programming, Construction Administration, in-house and on-site. Tim’s primary areas of focus have been on Budgeting, Schedule, Bidding and Negotiation, Contracts, Site Observations and Inspections, Code Compliance, and Project Closeout.
His professional strengths lie in the technical aspects of a project with a focus on Sustainability, Accessibility (ADA Compliance), Energy Conservation, Space Planning, Interior Design, Construction Technology, Construction Management and Administration, Product Technology, and Facility Systems (user-friendly environments).
