Aimee S. Bentley

Aimee is a licensed architect and LEED Accredited Professional, serving as a Senior Architect with Beckwith Builders and owner of ASB Architecture.

She received a B.S. in Architecture and a minor in Landscape Architecture from the University of Virginia and her Master's degree from the Boston Architectural College, where she focused her thesis on connecting architecture and place (landscaping) through sustainable design strategies. Aimee has over twenty years of experience designing high-end single-family homes, both new construction and renovation projects of which she has spent eight with Beckwith. Aimee also has experience in the commercial sector working on high rises and consulting on LEED registered projects, at various stages and scales from master planning to individual buildings. Aimee enjoys all aspects of design from early conception to final completion. The beginning is to understand the site/landscape and listen to all of the client's desires. Drawing on that information, she can then create the architecture to respond. Her design focus is on the large picture down to the small details that can make a home unique and personal.

Outside of the office Aimee has taught training classes concentrating on sustainable strategies for the LEED New Construction and Major Renovations rating system, Thesis Studio at the Boston Architectural College, and has sat on review panels as the architecture, landscaping design, and sustainable design critic.
