What if one of the best things you can make is a healthier brain?
Join us for an interactive presentation on brain health and discover how to move powerfully in the direction of improved memory, focus, mood, and resilience. We'll explore how creativity, lifelong learning, and meaningful community—all things that happen naturally in a makerspace—combine with evidence-based lifestyle medicine to help your brain flourish.
Whether you paint, sew, build, knit, carve, or simply enjoy learning something new, you'll walk away with practical tools to help keep your brain healthy for years to come.
