Beginner Sewing Class - a springboard into your sewing journey!
Make your own grocery bag and learn how to use a sewing machine, rotary cutter, make seams and hems, and go home with a bag complete with handles for your next grocery store visit.

Classroom Location: Makers Mill Fiber Arts Studio, 2nd floor accessible by stairs and elevator.
Class Size: Minimum 3 and maximum 6 students. Age: Adults 18+ and Youth 14-17.
Registration Fee: $50 non-members, $45 members and youth
Non-members need to sign our General Waiver prior to class.
Youth will need their responsible adult to sign our Youth Waiver at the beginning of class.
Materials Fee: $10 payable at time of registration - see below.

Cherylann learned garment-making in 8th grade and since that time has enjoyed the art of piecing fabric together in many forms to create something new. She is a member of the Ladies of the Lake Quilt Guild and an active member of the Fiber Arts Circle here at Makers Mill.
