FOR THE FULL LIST OF YOUTH VACATION ARTS & CRAFTS CLASSES IN JULY CLICK HERE.
Looking for something fun, creative, and educational to offer your child during the upcoming school vacation? Makers Mill is offering maker workshops for youth aged 7-13, Monday - Friday, in July. Come to as many classes as you’d like; just be sure to pre-register as they are limited to 6 students. Materials are included for each class.
There will be time in each class for students to take a break, so they should bring their own lunch/snack and drink in a sealable container.
Each youth will require their responsible adult to sign our Youth Waiver at the beginning of their first class unless we already have their waiver on file. This is a one-time requirement.
Explore the relaxing and creative world of Zentangle art in this fun, beginner-friendly class! Young artists will learn how to use simple patterns and abstract designs to create unique works of art using pen and ink, with the option to add color for extra flair.
Step by step, participants will build intricate designs from basic shapes, discovering how patterns can come together to form beautiful, finished pieces. Perfect for ages 7–13, this class encourages focus, creativity, and self-expression in a calm and supportive setting.
