This joyful 5-week exploration is for all budding artists looking to find their style and have a great time in the process. There are no mistakes or bad art here, it is all just a world of adventure with different tools and substrates to play with.
With each class we will explore different mediums without pressure or the need to obtain perfect results. We will start by making a small art journal with different papers...from recycled paper, watercolor paper, handmade paper, and more. The playing and experimenting with acrylic and watercolor paints, alcohol ink, charcoal and colored pencils, pen and ink, and decoupage will be recorded in your personal handmade art journal.
Come along for the journey! We will learn a lot about ourselves, discover a few new techniques, play with art, and leave having made new friends. Joyful creating is a relaxing and mediative practice that you will enjoy for a lifetime. Don't miss out on the fun!
