MINGLES ARE ALSO HELD ON THE SECOND MONDAY OF EACH MONTH IN THE AFTERNOON FROM 1-3PM.
Come enjoy our beautiful Fiber Arts space and bring your own project on the first Tuesday evening of each month. Fiber Arts projects include sewing, weaving, embroidery, quilting, knitting, crocheting, macrame, basket weaving, and lots more. This is a great time to socialize and meet a supportive community and our knowledgeable volunteers who facilitate the Mingle. Bring along that project you’ve had sitting in the cupboard forever and finish it! Share your knowledge and stories, and ask for tips.
While there is no class fee, registration is preferred, although depending on space availability we can accommodate walk-ins. Non-members will be asked to sign our Waiver.
Newly introduced as part of this Mingle is our Upcycled Clothing Club : Join the upcycling trend and learn how to repurpose clothing and other items to make one-of-a-kind (and affordable!) clothing, accessories and costumes.
This class is open to everyone 15+: members and non-members, and all levels of experience.
Youth aged 15-17 will need their responsible adult to sign our Youth Waiver.
Location: Fiber Arts space, 2nd floor accessible by stairs and elevator.
