Alcohol Inks: the easy-going cousin of watercolor!

6/15/2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM ET

For those of you curious to explore the vibrant and expressive world of alcohol inks, come along and see just how playful, joyful, creative, loose, and forgiving a medium it is. You will learn tips and techniques and explore how to use this great medium on paper and tile. The best part about alcohol ink is that it’s very forgiving: you can manipulate it again and again. It gives you that loose translucent imagery of watercolor, but unlike watercolor it isn’t fussy or intimidating.  You will leave this class with the knowledge, and extra materials, to continue on your own.

No experience is needed.

Location:  Downstairs Flex Room.

Class Size:  minimum 4 and maximum 8.    Age Group:  Adults and youth 12+
Youth aged 12 - 17 will require their resposible adult to sign our Youth Waiver prior to class.

Martina is a mixed media artist, a life coach, and is certified as an educator for ages K-12.
