Instructor:  Polly Cain
Polly has had love for the arts since childhood when she studied at the Guild of Beverly (Mass.) Artists and the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. After raising her family, Polly studied landscape, still-life, and portraiture and her work has since been in both juried and open exhibitions in New Hampshire, Maine, and Florida. “Pastel has become a perfect medium for me.  It is a very forgiving art form in that I can apply up to 25 layers working on archival sandpaper. Through this medium I am continually learning to discover the world around me in greater depth and beauty.  There is nothing that gives me greater enjoyment!”
