Monthly Card & Paper Craft Connection Feb '23 CANX

This monthly craft group will enjoy the social aspect of crafting together and building a supportive community while making greeting cards and decorative paper crafts.  

In each of the hands-on workshops, participants will have the chance to try new techniques and tools while making cards, seasonal decor, and gifts.  Each design will offer ways for the participants to personalize the motif or message to their own needs.  We will offer popular year-round themes as well as seasonal themes.  

Each meeting will introduce a new skill or tool and review a familiar technique.  Build your paper crafting skills and leave with beautiful handcrafted cards and gifts.

In February we're celebrating and creating for Valentine's Day naturally! In this class you'll make:

Valentine decor project - hanging 3-D hearts
Valentine Cards - fun pop-up design
Accucut window card
This workshop includes training on using the Accucut die cutting machine


Location: Makers Mill Arts Room, 2nd floor accessible by stair and elevator

Class size:  minimum 4 and maximum 15    Age group:  18+
Open to members and non-members.
Non-members will be sent a Liability Wavier to sign prior to the class. 

Registration Fee:  $30 for non-members, and $24 for members
Materials Fee: $5 

Instructor:
Cindy has been an avid paper crafter for over 20 years.  She works in her home studio stamping, making handmade books, collaging, painting in watercolors and oils.  She has a BFA in design from Pratt Institute and has continually participated in skill development workshops with mixed media artists.
